Cannon Greco Management Limited is a property management company located in St. Catharines, ON. Rankin was contracted to complete the watermain replacement at a residential property located on Lakeshore Road, which included both the design and reconstruction of existing servicing. Roadway reconstruction, concrete sidewalk and curb repairs, and watermain replacement was completed throughout the community, with special emphasis on residential impacts. The project was completed on-schedule in a two-month window to the satisfaction of the owner, consultant, and private residents.
