The Waterway Condominium

Located in the heart of Welland, ON, the Waterway Condominium is a two-structure development consisting of 30 modern-style suites situated along the recreational waterway. The area provides stunning views of the Recreational Welland Canal, with quick access to several local shops, restaurants and parks.

With construction commencing in November 2022, Rankin served as the Construction Manager, self-performing several of the site work, including: excavation & backfill, building foundations, site servicing, concrete flat works and hardscapes, asphalt paving and parking lot construction. The remaining specialty components were tendered and subcontracted to various trades whom provide unique services.

Construction of the building concluded in the Summer of 2024, with interim occupancy being achieved through and into the Fall. Final completion and complete occupancy was achieved by October 2024.
