Rankin Construction Inc. was contracted by the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake to construct the storm management pond and associated works downstream of several large residential developments. The scope of the project was to excavate the large pond, install a concrete inlet headwall and large diameter storm sewer inlet, outlet control structures complete with control valves, a maintenance access road and landscaping of the pond.
Also included in the contract was to do maintenance and repair works to the existing watercourse that the pond was to outlet into.
