The development is a collection of 74 exquisitely designed suites, built to combine the comforts of modern condo living with the peacefulness of Port Colborne.
The 105,000ft² building consists of 74 residential units and 4 ground-floor commercial spaces, creating living space in a rapidly growing area, while ensuring that the business aspect is maintained.
Throughout construction, Rankin served as Construction Manager, self-performing several aspects including: demolition of existing structures, building excavation and backfill, pile driving, building foundations, site servicing, concrete flatworks and hardscapes, and parking lot construction. The remaining specialty components were tendered and subcontracted to various trades whom provide unique services.
Construction of the building concluded in the Summer of 2024, with interim occupancy being achieved through and into the Fall. Final completion and complete occupancy was achieved by November 2024 to the satisfaction of businesses and residences.
