Kaneff Properties Limited owns several golf courses in the Province of Ontario, including the Royal Niagara Golf Club in Niagara on the Lake. In 2023, the golf course approached Rankin in an effort to develop and construct a new driveway entrance off Taylor Road and rehabilitating the existing aging parking lot.
Beginning in August of 2023, Rankin completed the excavation and removals, granular placement, asphalt paving for the new driveway entrance, along with the milling, base repairs, and asphalt paving of the existing parking lot.
The project was designed and completed by Rankin to the satisfaction of Kaneff Properties. The project was completed during the active golf season, ensuring visitor experience was minimally impacted througout the entire construction phase.
