Founded in 1978 as Stephens and Rankin Inc. by Tom Rankin and Dave Stephens, Rankin Construction has evolved into a distinguished leader in the construction industry. Since 1991, under the stewardship of Tom Rankin, the company has flourished, with a legacy now carried forward by his children—Brian Rankin, President, and Wendy (Rankin) Wing, Executive Vice President and CFO. Together, they continue to honour the core values of integrity, innovation, and a commitment to excellence that have been the bedrock of the company’s success.

With a foundation in highway and municipal engineering, Tom’s vision has always been to build not only structures but lasting relationships.
