Health & Safety
Protecting Our People, Preserving Our Promise.
Health and Safety is a fundamental pillar of the construction industry, where dynamic and often hazardous work environments demand rigorous standards to protect workers, the public, and project integrity. Adhering to the strictest health and safety guidelines is essential not only for preventing accidents and injuries but also for ensuring legal compliance, promoting a culture of accountability, and maintaining project timelines. A proactive approach to safety—through training, planning, and continuous monitoring—helps foster a secure work environment and supports long-term success across all phases of construction.
Rankin Construction has established a well-defined and comprehensive Health & Safety Program that all employees are required to follow, regardless of their role or job site. This commitment to safety is embedded in the company’s culture, ensuring that every task is approached with caution, awareness, and a focus on risk prevention. Over the past several decades, this program has not only created a consistently safe working environment but has also earned Rankin numerous awards and industry recognition for excellence in health and safety. As a result, Rankin has solidified its position as a leader in safety best practices within the construction sector.

COR aims to provide employers with an effective safety and health management system to reduce safety incidents, accidents and injuries as well as their associated human and financial costs.
